Our Owner
Our owner, Pennie Phares, purchased Ragtime Rugs in November 2011—and has never looked back. Our studio is located in rural Northern Indiana, she uses her looms to hand-weave stunning rag rugs with hemmed or fringed edges in a splendid array of weaves, styles, textures, sizes, colors, and patterns. Pennie is passionate about designing and creating custom rugs that take our customers’ homes to the next level.
